1996: Became a certified SuperSlow personal trainer
1996 - 2006: Owner/Operator of Ferrari Fitness Systems - Windermere, Florida
1997: Staff writer for Natural Muscle Magazine, personal column titled 'Inspiration' with 30 articles published on health/diet/Fitness
1998: Story on 'Battling Bulimia' published in The Florida Magazine through The Orlando Sentinel; nominated for 3 awards in National Writer's Contest

2006 - 2016: Continued in the study and pursuit of fitness, particularly weight training, with focus on proper form as directly related to muscle-movement function and arthrokinematics.
2016: Renewed personal training certification, this time through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine); added the CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) certifications to my credentials as well.
9/16/2017 - Entered in first Women's Figure Competition, NPC First Call-Out National Qualifier, Pompano Beach Cultural Center, Pompano Beach, Florida. Took a 1st place and two 2nd place awards and qualified for Nationals! The video for the category of 'Figure Over 50' can be viewed in the blog portion of this site. Go to archives for September 2017 and click on 'She wore an itsy-bitsy teenie-weenie CJ's Custom...' This will bring up the evenings performance after prejudging to view only top-qualifiers.
September 2017: Sparkpeople.com featured Stacey's Transformation story in 'The Weekly Spark' (this is the 6th most visited site in the "Health and Medical - Wellbeing" category and 3rd among diet sites).
2021: Completed BAchelor's Degree (summa cum laude) in Psychology: Substance Abuse/Addiction Recovery. Currently working on MAster's in Human Services Counseling (scheduled completion:2023).
2022: Began working with Cerebral Mental Health. Also began as a mentor with ANAD (Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders).
