Someday You'll Get It Together...
Procrastination is one of the 7 deadly sins, referred to as SLOTH. What's on your 'Someday' list? If losing weight, getting into awesome shape or eating healthier has been on yours but you still haven't fit it into your life, have you considered that maybe you're not living to your true potential? I'm not talking about the social media life you portray-only showing your best photos, letting everyone know what fancy restaurant you're eating at or the cool things you're buying.

I could use a hand!
I will be absent from this month's After photo session due to hand surgery on 7/14 2016 for carpal tunnel/trigger finger release (thumb, index and middle). I don't know how long it will be before I can get back to pre-surgery strength for upper body work-outs and I am a little depressed about this! I am still training legs/abs twice a week and hope to start back to full body by this coming Monday. I hope that, overall, this will only set me back in training by 30 days or less

Pointless Movement
I must admit, I get a bit intrigued when I see articles with titles like "Ten Exercises That Are A Total Waste Of Your Time" because I wonder if I'm doing any of them. As it turns out, I am, and one of them is actually a favorite! A direct quote from this Prevention Magazine article: The move: Using the seated thigh machine
Why it's a waste: It seems like it will help you get rid of the fat on your inner and outer thighs, but it won't. "Spot reducing" exercises don't help you

To Supplement Or Not To Supplement...
If you are new to weight training and your goal is to pack on muscle, no doubt you have been confronted by an overwhelming array of supplements that promise to deliver the goods! First and foremost, keep this in mind: genetics are super important, as are workout intensity, consistency and proper nutrition. Patience in achieving your goals will keep you on track. Too often, people quit their program soon after starting or don't put the adequate amount of research/application i
