What a Difference A Day (or 7...) Makes!
At the end of one week, from my last post 'Competition Countdown', my legs and ab muscles are coming into view a bit more. I compared my measurements to what they were on the April 22nd photo shoot done on my birthday ('Aged To Perfection' May 2017 archives): down 4"!
